LO4: Editing double spread page title page

This is a screen record of me editing my Double spread page title page.

Firstly I made a new document with a width of 240mm and a height of 285mm as the magazine Vogue I had measured had these measurements. I then upload the photo I wanted from my title page onto the document. I wanted the model on the right side of the page; however the image wasn't big enough and she ended up in the centre right. To avoid this I duplicated a section from the far left of the image and added it to the end. This caused a problem as you could see it didn't match the photo. So I used the smudge tool to blend to two together as well as the blur. I then used the text tool to add "Queen of the streets", the fonts did not work. I went onto Dafont and found a font I liked, so I screen grabbed these and placed them onto my photo. My first intension was to get rid of the white background, so I just had the font, but I liked the white background as it gave a ripped paper effect. To make the rip paper effect even better I used the burn tool to darken the edges, which reflected the urban grunge genre as it was broken and vandalised. I then used the blur tool around the left bottom corner to add a quote, which I put in white. The blur tool out focused the image in that particular area.
